Casting Yards – F1 and F2
Our combined casting yard areas of 200,000 m2 consist of at least 6 production lines and storage area. Completed products will be stored here before client’s just-in-time demand for delivery. The ample storage areas provide flexibility and convenience to our customers.
Gantry Crane
We have more than 20 units of gantry cranes with capacity ranged from 5 tonne to 100 tonne. These gantry cranes are operating at the production and storage areas with complete reliability. The heavy investments of gantry cranes have significantly improved our production and storage capacity.
Batching Plant
We are equipped with a batching plant facility to provide concrete supply for our production and external casting yards if necessary.
CNC Engraving Machine
CNC Engraving Machine enables us to produce a detailed profile on PU Formliner to form 3D pattern. This machine is mainly used to fabricate and design pattern for our architectural precast products.
